Acceptance of Terms
Please read these Terms of Use (“TOU”) carefully, as they govern your access to and use of this website (“Site”) and the products and services provided herein (“Service” or “Services”). These TOU are in addition to (and not in lieu of) any specific terms and policies that apply to the Services you purchase or access through the Site, which terms and policies are incorporated herein by reference. The TOU and all specific terms and policies referenced herein are collectively referred to as the “Agreement.”
As used herein, “Furor Studio,” “we,” “us,” “our,” and “ours” refers to furorstudio.com, together with its affiliates, d/b/a Furor Studio. “Customer,” “you,” “your,” and “yours” refers to the customer accessing this Site and purchasing and using the Services, together with any company or other business entity you are representing, if any.
We reserve the right to make changes to the Site, the Services, and these TOU at any time, without prior notice to you. You should review these TOU each time you access this Site to remain aware of any changes. If you do not agree to changes implemented by us, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your relationship with us as a customer of the Services. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features, tools, or products that change, augment, or enhance our Service offerings will be subject to this Agreement.
Our Obligation
A. Design Services, Process & Project
Furor Studio’s custom design service (the “Service”) allows businesses (each, a “Client”) to post specific assignments and project descriptions (each, a “Project”), including illustrative samples or other media (each, a “Creative Brief”), provide additional direction during the design process (each, a “Revision Brief”), and receive responses (each, a “Response”) to those Creative or Revision Briefs from design experts retained by us. Your Responses will be created iteratively through a drafting cycle of Creative Briefs, Revision Briefs, and Responses, ultimately resulting in a final Response conforming to your various Creative and Revision Briefs (the “Final Product”).
B. Content
Furor Studio does not have a duty to and does not generally screen or edit content. However, we reserve the right to refuse Service, monitor, or remove — without notice — any content for projects which, in our sole discretion, are deemed illegal, misleading, obscene, or otherwise in breach of these TOU.
C. Ownership Rights of Artwork
Subject to your compliance with these TOU, you shall own the Final Product. You shall not, however, own any materials, media, or other content generated during any revision cycles leading up to the Final Product, and we expressly reserve all right, title, and interest in and to the same. We retain all rights to artwork concepts and other content not selected by you.
D. Trademark, Service Mark & Copyright Clearance
You acknowledge that Furor Studio has no obligation or duty to perform trademark, service mark, or copyright clearance searches, inquiries, or similar actions to validate the propriety or legality of the Final Product. Furthermore, Furor Studio shall have no responsibility to assist you in seeking state or federal intellectual property protection, including — without limitation — trademark or copyright registration for the Final Product. You are solely responsible for determining whether the deliverables are suitable and legally available for your use, and for ensuring they do not infringe the rights of third parties. We encourage you to perform your own independent searches and seek legal advice.
E. Collected Information, Its Privacy, Usage & Security
Furor Studio is committed to safeguarding your personal information. We require information necessary to create and fulfill your order. While we aim to keep your experience as secure as possible, electronic transmission is not infallible; thus, we do not guarantee 100% protection. Profile information is collected solely for account creation, profiling, and communication.
With your consent, it may also be used for email alerts, updates, promotional offers, and notifications. Our team may contact you via email, phone, or chat regarding payments, services, discount offers, or project details. Reviews may be posted with your consent and full name. We use secure transaction servers and industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect payment data.
F. Confidentiality
Furor Studio maintains strict client confidentiality. We do not sell or share personal information for commercial purposes. We may use third-party software to enhance services, but these entities are authorized to access your data only to support our operations. External sites linked from our Site may have different privacy practices; we recommend reviewing their terms before sharing information.
G. Unlimited Concepts
Packages advertising unlimited design concepts operate under a fair usage policy of up to 30 logo concepts. The initial delivery includes 15 concepts, with subsequent sets of up to 4 concepts per feedback cycle. Additional direction is required after each cycle to refine results.
H. Satisfaction Guarantee
All work passes through rigorous quality checks before delivery. Furor Studio offers unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied, provided the selection of design samples remains consistent.
Your Obligations
I. Materials Provided by You
You may provide us with text, images, graphics, audio, video, and other content (“User Content”). You represent that you have all rights to such content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights. You grant Furor Studio a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such content solely to deliver Services. We may archive and display selected work for promotional purposes. Revision cycles include modifications requested via a Revision Brief. Major changes are permitted in early cycles; requests deviating from your current design may incur additional charges. If you fail to respond to a Response within 30 days, the project will be deemed complete.
J. Your Account, Password & Security
To purchase Services, you must register an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account. Furor Studio is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
K. Fees and Payments
You agree to pay all fees in U.S. dollars at the time of order. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Promotional rates apply only to initial terms. Payment plans may be offered for website packages with approval.
L. Additional Charges
Extra charges may apply for rush delivery, additional design concepts beyond those included, post-finalization changes, deviations from the original brief, or third-party integrations.
M. Delivery of Final Product
Final files will be delivered within 24–48 hours of final approval. Revisions typically take 48–72 hours, depending on complexity. All deliverables are digital; no physical copies are provided.
N. Content Management System
Once CMS credentials are delivered, Furor Studio is not responsible for subsequent changes, errors, or technical support.
O. Defamation
You agree not to defame Furor Studio on any platform. Service-related concerns must be reported directly to customer service.
P. Conflict Resolution
Furor Studio is not liable for complaints posted to third-party sites unless documented in your account.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is owned or licensed by Furor Studio. Unauthorized use is prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring proper licensing of third-party content you provide.
Q. Service Cancellation
We may terminate Services immediately for non-payment, legal obligations, suspicious activity, or other causes. Outstanding balances become immediately payable upon termination.
R. Refunds
Refunds are available within 30 days for initial samples only. Additional revisions void the refund guarantee. Clients inactive for 45 days without requesting a hold forfeit refunds. Rush fees are non-refundable. Duplicate charges will be refunded in full.
Dispute & Chargeback Policies
Fraudulent charges are not tolerated; all payments require explicit authorization. Delays caused by client-side changes or unresponsiveness affect delivery timelines. Unlimited revisions are offered until approval; after approval, claims are not entertained. Refund or credit disputes require written proof.
Warranty
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for licensing any third-party content used in your project.
Limitation of Liability
Furor Studio is not liable for damages, data loss, or service interruptions. Liability is capped at the total fees paid.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Furor Studio harmless from claims arising from your use of the Site or Services.
Jurisdiction & Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, with venue in Chicago courts.
Force Majeure
Furor Studio is not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control.

Support is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST via furorstudio9@gmail.com or (267) 245-0720. Projects on hold for over 2 weeks may be archived, with reactivation fees applying.
