Fraudulent & Dispute Policy
Fraudulent Charges
Furor Studio does not and will never charge any customer’s credit card, debit card, or any other payment method without the explicit and documented authorization of the customer. All payments are processed securely through payment links or invoices generated directly from our verified and trusted merchant accounts or payment service providers. These links are shared exclusively with the authorized customer via secure communication channels to prevent any unauthorized use. We operate under a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activities, payment disputes based on false claims, or any attempt to maliciously obtain services without payment. Any such activity will be investigated thoroughly and may result in legal action, termination of services, and reporting to the relevant authorities and payment processors. Furor Studio reserves the right to provide full documentation, proof of work, and transaction records to financial institutions, payment gateways, and legal bodies to counter any fraudulent claims.
Product Not Received
If a customer claims that the ordered product or service has not been received within the expected or agreed timeframe, while the project is still in progress, the following conditions apply:
- Customer-initiateddelays — Any delay caused by changes in project requirements, requests for additional features, or modifications to the original brief, even if made only once, will directly impact the delivery schedule. This aligns with our Terms & Conditions, which clearly state that a “Change of Requirement” can extend both the timeline and cost of the project.
- Mutual communication responsibility — Customers must remain responsive to projectupdates, proof approvals, and status Delays in providing feedback, required assets, or confirmations will extend the delivery date accordingly.
- Projectcancellation — If a customer decides they no longer wish to continue with the project, they must submit a formal cancellation request via email
to furorstudio9@gmail.com, providing a valid and reasonable explanation.
- Eligibility for partial refunds — Such cancellation requests will be reviewed in detail by our Quality Assurance team, which will assess the percentage of work completed anddetermine whether a partial refund is applicable based on the Terms & Conditions agreed to at the start of the project. Work already delivered, in progress, or partially completed may reduce or void refund eligibility.
Product/Service Unacceptable
If a customer claims that the delivered product or service is unacceptable, Furor Studio will follow a transparent and fair process to address the concern:
- Customer approval — Once any design, draft, or deliverable is formally approved by the customer in writing or through documented confirmation (including but not limited to email or project management platforms), the product is considered final. Afterapproval, the customer cannot later claim the product is unacceptable, defective, or damaged.
- Revision process — Furor Studio provides unlimited revisions during thedesign and development phase (within reasonable limits and scope) to ensure that customer concerns are addressed before finalization. Customers are expected to actively participate in the revision process and communicate clearly what changes are
- Post-approvalclaims — Full reimbursement or refund requests made after the product has been approved will not be entertained, as approval constitutes acceptance of quality and completion.
- Digitaldelivery — All products and services from Furor Studio are
delivered digitally; no physical or hard copies are provided. Delivery formats will be based on the original project scope and specifications agreed upon in advance.
- Customersatisfaction commitment — If the customer is not satisfied prior to final approval, Furor Studio remains open to redoing or improving the product within
a limited, reasonable timeframe, provided such requests align with the project’s
original scope.
Credit Not Processed
Customers may claim that a credit or refund has not been processed only under the following strict conditions:
- Thecommitment to issue a refund or credit was made explicitly in writing by Furor
Studio’s Billing or Customer Care team.
- Theagreed-upon timeframe for processing the refund or credit has passed without completion of the transaction.
- Thecustomer has provided all necessary payment details, banking information, or account credentials to process the refund within the specified timeframe.
- Claimsbased on verbal promises, undocumented conversations, or assumptions will not be considered valid grounds for dispute. Furor Studio will always reference the official written agreement to validate such claims.
General / Other Disputes
For any disputes, disagreements, or complaints outside of the specific scenarios covered above, Furor Studio does not entertain refund requests for reasons such as a change of mind, shifting business priorities, differences in opinion among business partners, or unrelated personal/business circumstances. From the moment an order is placed and confirmed, Furor Studio allocates resources — including dedicated designers, developers, and support staff — to begin fulfilling the order, thereby incurring time and operational costs. Refunds in such cases are neither fair nor feasible. That said, Furor Studio is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently, and we encourage customers to present their concerns in writing so that they can be reviewed and addressed promptly.
